Important Times

  • Official Event Time: Saturday, September 3, 10am - 7pm
  • Exhibitor Setup Time: 7am - 9:30am
  • Earliest Tear Down Time: 6pm
  • Tear Down Complete by: 7:45pm

Exhibitor Setup

Turning a state highway into an art and music festival in 3 hours is, no doubt, a challenge. However, we are confident that everything will go smoothly if we all work together. Please follow the instructions below to help us keep on schedule:

  1. Please bring an assistant to help setup and watch your goods while you park.
  2. Exhibitors must arrive driving westbound on West Market Street toward Highland Square.
  3. The event entrance is at the intersection of West Market Street and Casterton Ave.
  4. Exhibitor vehicles will queue in the right lane of West Market Street. Please do not block driveways or side streets while in queue.
  5. A volunteer will meet your car at the entrance of the event and direct you to your booth location. Please note: the event area is WESTBOUND ONE-WAY DRIVING ONLY during setup.
  6. Please unload your vehicle as quickly as possible. Once unloaded, you will be directed to a nearby parking lot. Exit out the west end of the event onto Portage Path.
  7. Once you have parked, return to setup your booth.
  8. If you rented a table, pick it up at the corner of South Highland and West Market.

Please bring your own 10' x 10' canopy tent. Tents larger than 10' x 10' are not allowed due to fire marshal restrictions.

Exhibitor Tear Down

The event officially ends at 7pm, but you are allowed to start tearing down as early as 6pm. If you choose to tear down from 6pm-7pm, you will need to carry your items to your car. Vehicles will not be allowed in the event area until after 7pm.

At 7pm, we must tear down as quickly as possible. The police will want to reopen West Market Street as soon as possible. Please be finished with your tear down and off of West Market Street by 7:45pm.

Booth Location

All exhibitor booths (except 30-45 and L1-L5) are directly on West Market Street. Please find your booth number on the exhibitor list and use the list below to determine its rough location. Volunteers will direct you to the specific location of your booth at the event.

  • 1-20: In front of Aladdins, Annabells and Angel Falls
  • 21-25: Across the street from Angel Falls
  • 30-45: In the grassy area in front of the Von & Crescent buildings
  • 50-59: In front of the Firefly Music School building
  • 60-68: Directly in front of the library
  • 70-78: In front of Mr. Zubs
  • 80-89: Across the street from Mr. Zubs
  • 90-102: In front of Square Bar
  • 110-125: In front of Chipotle
  • 130-146: In front of Walgreens, across from Metro Burger
  • 151-166: In front of Metro Burger
  • 170-179: In front of Walgreens, across from Conger Ave
  • 190-198: In front of Walgreens, across from First Merit
  • 200-209: In front of First Merit Bank
  • 211-219: In front of Walgreens, near their sign
  • 220-230: In front of the vacant building beside First Merit Bank
  • L1-L5: In the grassy area near the library entrance
